According to studies, indoor air can be up to 5 times more polluted compared to outdoor air. It is highly recommended that you open your windows daily.
- Reach for zinc: Zinc is a nutrient that can help control cold symptoms faster, and boost your immune system. Zinc can be found in the following foods: beans, pumpkin seeds, spinach, oysters, and nuts. If you feel a cold coming, do not hesitate to add more zinc in your diet. 25 mg of zinc per day is a good amount to try!
